During usage of Service Desk Manager 17.1 I am seeing the following error in the logs:
auditlog.spl 829 checkout error 'NO'
Is there a reason for this error?
Service Desk Manager 17.1
The error may occur in relation to multiple update attempts being made to a record. The updates will be completed, but the audit log entries may be lost.
This defect is tracked with the id DE42696.
The resolution to this defect will be included in an upcoming published fix.
