Issue:

Can not open Project after removing the value of an Attribute Type Multi-Value Lookup with NSQL.

If Project Object has an attribute Type Multi-Value Lookup that use a Dynamic Lookup:
- when you populate the attribute the record is added into odf_multi_valued_lookups table
- when you remove the value of the attribute, the value in the table is set to NULL and the record is not deleted from odf_multi_valued_lookups table. Due to that, you can not open the Project and get Error 500 - Internal Server Error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.    In Project Object create an Attribute Type Multi-Value Lookup ('my_mvl_resource'). Associated it with ootb lookup " Resource browse" (ID=SCH_BROWSE_RESOURCE)
2.    Go to Admin side. Go to project List. Add column of mvl created in step 1
3.    Open any project. Confirm it opens fine
4.    Get the ID of the project from the URL, ex: 5024003
Run query:
SELECT * from odf_multi_valued_lookups where attribute='my_mvl_resource' and pk_id=5024003
It doesn't return any row because the field has not been populated.
5.    In project list populate the value of the MVL for that project. Save.
6.    Run again the query:
SELECT * from odf_multi_valued_lookups where attribute='my_mvl_resource' and pk_id=5024003
> 1 row was inserted. Value is the ID of the selected resource
7.    In project list remove the value of the MVL for that project. Save.
8.    Run again the query:
SELECT * from odf_multi_valued_lookups where attribute='my_mvl_resource' and pk_id=5024003
Row was updated. Value is NULL
9.    Try to open the Project again.

Expected Result:
You should be able to open the project after removing the value of the Attribute Type Multi-Value Lookup.

Actual Result:
You can not open the Project. You get “Error 500 - Internal Server Error. The server could not retrieve the document due to server-configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site administrator”.

Workaround:

Please Run the below query to identify the mvl attribute causing the issue:

SELECT * from odf_multi_valued_lookups where object = 'project' and value is null and pk_id=<your project id here>

From the result we can get the attribute ID that has the issue.

In project list add that attribute and Populate the attribute.
