RDM is unable to retrieve events when RegionTag setting is used

Issue:
CA Data Protection supports regional archives through the 'RegionTag' registry key. When this feature is enabled, RDM is unable to retrieve events.  Retrieval attempts result in the following error being reported on the Remote Data manager (RDM) Server.  

Failed to handle the request - issuing reply to client : 0xe5631200 (The Remote Data location prefix is not recognized. )

Cause:
This is a programmatic issue.
Resolution:
This issue has been addressed by FIX:SO00401 (incorporating Server_15.20_HF0141 and Server_x64_15.20_HF0142) which is available to download from the CA Support Portal (http://support.ca.com).  After applying the fix the RDM retrieves events correctly with the 'RegionTag' setting in place.
