RC 88(085) when starting an application

The RC 88(085) indicates that someone has turned off access to the application database (in this case, for CA Scheduler) - for backups or other maintenance, and did not restore access when it was completed.

To correct this problem, you can run a DBUTLTY job (CA Datacom/AD INSTJCL(AD14CXXR) or CA Datacom/DB INSTJCL(DBUTLTYU) is good for this), with this input:

//SYSIN     DD  *

For other applications or databases, replace '430' with the DBID that needs to have access restored.
