Cause

  • The Userinterface was not started with enough heap space for your environment.

Resolution

  • The heap space that the Userinterface is started with needs to be adjusted to the needs of your environment.
  • Open the UCDJ.ini file (default location Userinterface/temp)

In the UCDJ.ini you can find the following line:

[GLOBAL]

;command how to start the client
cmd="javaw" -Xmx256m -Dsun.locale.formatasdefault=true com.uc4.ucdf.UCDialogFactory -U%User%

  • Adjust these settings to the needs of your environment, please try to start the Userinterface with the settings -Xmx512m, -Xmx1024m or -Xmx2048m
  • To do so simply adjust the start command in the UCDJ.ini
  • Save the settings to the UCDJ.ini and restart the Userinterface
