API Portal : Can not Select API from "Choose an API" 

Can not Select API from "Choose an API" 
(ORGANIZATIONS > Applications > config → Edit > [API Management] tba → Choose an API) 

The API is shown in "API Reports". 
(ANALYTICS > API Reports → APIs )  
It is also referenced from already added applications. 
But it does not appear in "Choose an API". 
Also, it does not appear in Manage APIs. 
(List of APIS > Manage APIs)

The generic_entity table was not updated for some reason.
Do "Save and Activate" the policy (adding a 'Add Comment to Policy' assertion anywhere in the policy should be sufficient).
This should result in the necessary record being created in generic_entity table of Gateway's ssg database.
