"Public API" Token not able to be selected

Issue:
When integrating CA Application Performance Management with CA Service Operations Insight, APM Team Center not allow to select "Public API" making the integration not work properly.

Environment:
CA Application Performance Management 10.x
CA Service Operations Insight 4.0.0.134, 4.2 4.0, 4.0 CU1, 4.0 SP2, 4.2 N/A 
Resolution:
1) Open "IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties" from MOM
2) Search for below rows and make the following changes:

BEFORE 
introscope.public.restapi.enabled=false 
introscope.apmserver.teamcenter.master=false 

AFTER
introscope.public.restapi.enabled=true 
introscope.apmserver.teamcenter.master=true 

3) Restart the MOM

You should be able to generate the token.
