User is unable to cancel DB2 threads thru Insight. The log show the following message:
PTT1017E NO QUALIFYING THREAD FOUND FOR CANCEL REQUEST.
When trying to cancel a thread from Sysview for DB2, the codes in this message indicate that the Xmanager is not active:
THREAD TERMINATOR $PTTAPI INIT FUNCTION FAILED. R15 / R0 = 08 / 16
The default XMANID is 1900 in R19. User Xmanager log shows that they're overridding the default with XMANID 1800.
Sysview for DB2 is looking for an Xmanager with XMANID 1900 but not finding it because no Xmanager with XMANID 1900 is running.
