One project generates a 'System error. Contact system administrator' when clicking on the Task, Resource Utilization link, why?
Open the 'app-ca.log' file and look for the full description of the generic 'System error' message. In this case, you are looking for a line item that is generated near the date/time you experienced the issue for an 'action' that relates to the Task Resource Utilization page.
The message found for this issue indicates a null value on a field for the task.
Log File Error Message:

Either the 'Deleted Task' or 'Unplanned Task' phase has a null start or finish date.
Open the project in a scheduler (Open Workbench or MSP) and save it back. This will populate the missing date field.
