Question:
Why does processes probe send intermittent the error:

"processes:Internal error: Unable to find any processes"
Environment:
Robot version:7.93 [Build 7.93.9350, Oct 31 2017]
OS version: AIX 2 7 00FACB004C00
Processes: 4.60

Answer:
The reason for this internal error is that system is not returning anything on executing standard /usr/bin/ps command.
Processes probe uses this standard command to fetch the list of processes running on the system and after receiving the process list then it starts further processing.
But here that standard ps command itself is not returning anything, as a result the internal error alarm is raised by the probe. This behavior is as per design. In order to resolve this intermittent issue, customers needs to get in touch with their platform team where they could monitor the corresponding platforms and look out for the reasons why ps command is not giving results intermittently.
