There could be the need to refer to hostname in place of ip-address, when installing a robot on Linux machine using nimldr, for example because the machine will change the ip-address in the near future and that will affect the installation done on the base of ip-address.
Need to install the robot Linux machine using nimldr, on the base of the hostname and not of ip_address.
Is that possible?
There is not this possibility
UIM is too reliant on the ip-address for things like nametoip calls, etc.
What can be done is to install with the current ip-address and when the change of ip-address takes place, shutdown the robot, change ip-address in robot.cfg and restart
