usually a problem with the %temp% folder
antivirus interfering or a corrupt package
Please exit out of IM and make sure the process has stopped.
Go to the %temp% directory on the machine where IM is running.
delete the contents
Make sure antivirus is disabled
Start IM again and test again.
Let me know if this resolves the issue.
If you test the same thing on another machine with IM does it work ok?
The other thing to try is to delete the package from the hub archive. then make sure it is removed from the nimsoft\archive folder
download a new copy of the probe to the archive and test again.
