Error Message :
PREP_PROCESS_REPORT with wildcard filter does not work in every case

Customer tries to get a PREP_PROCESS_REPORT of an output:

:print 'test'
:SET &HND# = PREP_PROCESS_REPORT(,,ACT,"*test")
:PROCESS &HND#
: SET &RET# = GET_PROCESS_LINE(&HND#)
: PRINT &RET#
:ENDPROCESS

and gets no result, only the "print" line within report:

2016-02-29 17:21:40 - U0020408 test

if he runs it on 8.00A, he gets correct output:

2016-02-29 17:21:40 - U0020408 test
2016-02-29 17:21:40 - U0020408 20160229/172140.000 - U0020408 test

if he changes the PREP_PROCESS_REPORT line to

:SET &HND# = PREP_PROCESS_REPORT(,,ACT,"test")

it works.
