Pre-condition displays incorrectly in workflow monitor view

When you have a job in a workflow, if you have user defined condition in the preconditions (and it is NOT the first condition in the preconditions) then when it is evaluated, if you go to the workflow monitor and view the preconditions they are not what the user inputted. In that Java Interface it is <Value1><Operator><Value2> instead of the actual values, and in the AWI it is 0=0.
