PPM: Network error occurs when download jasper reports as pdf file with Chrome browser.

Issue:
Encounter network error when download jasper reports as PDF file with Chrome browser. 
It is possible to download PDF file with FireFox and Internet Explorer browser. 
This problem occurs only with Chrome browser. 

- STEPS TO REPRODUCE 
1. Open any report in Advanced Reporting with Chrome browser. 
2. Use PDF option. 
3. Try to download PDF. 
It returns network error and cannot download PDF file. 
With FireFox browser, download PDF file will be successful.
- Expected Results: Downloading PDF file is successful with Chrome browser. 
- Actual Results: Downloading PDF file returns network error with Chrome browser.

This is reported as DE41673.
This issue is reproducible in Chrome 69.0.3497.100

Workarounds:

Chrome:
- Use Print function and save as PDF instead of Download. 
- Turn on the "Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome" option of Chrome.

Use IE or Firefox.

1. Open any report (ex, Project Story Board) in Advanced Reporting with Chrome browser.
2. Use PDF option.
