How often should the Update Business Objects Report Tables job be run?
It is recommended this job be scheduled to run at least once per day or more depending on what reports are being generated during the day.
Typically, issues with data missing in reports are resolved by running the Update Business Objects Report Tables job with the appropriate options checked under Parameters.
Below are the steps to run the job:
1) In Clarity, navigate to Report and Jobs from the Home menu
2) Click Jobs
3) Click on the Update Business Objects Report Tables job
4) Under Parameters: Select the check box next to appropriate options
Note: The options required to be checked is dependent on the type of report being run. You can check all options under parameters to ensure the other tables get updated for all reports.
5) Run the job
