Environment:
PPM15.4
PPM15.4.1
Resolution:
This is described in DE42505.

When export Adhoc view to PDF, it uses font at system level.
Usually, it MS Arial which does not support multi-byte characters like Chinese, Russian, Korean, Japanese, etc.

As a workaround, save the Adhoc view to a report and export the report to PDF, and multi-byte characters will be available, because reports use CA font extensions which supports multi-byte characters to render it.
