Introduction:
There are 3 account statuses in PPM viz: Active, Inactive, and Lock, what does the "Lock" status mean in PPM?
Instructions:
Locked User: A locked user could still have a timesheet booked for them, would still contribute to project forecasts etc.

Inactive User: An inactive user/resource would not. (Completely Blocked)
