Issue:
Portal Install / Upgrade fails when using Integrated Authentication.

The following message is logged on an upgrade:

WARNING: Failed to load the sqljdbc_auth.dll cause : no sqljdbc_auth in java.library.path

On fresh installations, the installation cannot proceed passed the Repository configuration dialog. The error "Connection Parameters are invalid" is received.
Cause:
The installation cannot find the sqljdbc_auth.dll  in the Java Library Path.
Resolution:
To workaround this problem:
  1. Download the attached sqljdbc_auth.dll.
  2. Place the sqljdbc_auth.dll in C:\Windows\System32
  3. Install or Upgrade CA TDM Portal accordingly
  4. Delete the C:\Windows\System32\sqljdbc_auth.dll
This has been fixed in Portal 4.6.8.0 (and later).
