SDM 17.1.01. We are encountering the same issue described in USRD3701 - POPUP APPEARS ON SAVING LOG COMMENTS USING KEYBOARD SHORTCUT, which is outlined here:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any Incident
2. Navigate to Activity >Log Comment.
3. Type some comments and press Alt + S(Shortcut key for Save).
Result: A popup appears "Save in progress - please wait for response".
Note: Problem only happens in IE. The version is 11. Chrome has no problem.

This issue will be resolved in an upcoming cumulative patch for 17.1.01.
If you are experiencing this problem in Service Desk Manager 14.1, the fix for this issue is included in the latest cumulative patch, which is available for download.
