Question:
In a policy store export, a number appears between the ACO parameter names and their values. The number seems to always be set to 0 or 2. What does this number represent?
Answer:
This number represents whether the parameter value has been edited (0 or 2), or if it is encrypted (1 regardless of edits).
Additional Information:
When making manual edits to exported policy data these numbers should be preserved.  If adding a new parameter or changing the default, the number should be set to 2 so it reflects a non-default value..
