Description:

What is the meaning of the following in the smps.log:

"Setting the server suspend state for reason 4. The server will stop serving requests."

Solution:

"Setting the server suspend state for reason 4. The server will stop serving requests."

means that the Policy Server is waiting that it has fully loaded its configuration and ready to answer Web Agent requests. Once done, you would see the message:

"Clearing the server suspend state for reason 4. The server will resume serving requests"
