PIM(SAM) All : status is 'In Progress' in exported audit log's csv

When customer export Audit log from Privileged Account audit log page, 'Request Access to Account' event status is "In progress". In GUI, it shows "Completed". Why does it show "In Progress"?
First Reported Environment:
OS: Windows Server
Prod: CA Privileged Identity Manager All for SAM
Each records in csv file is each task's event status.
So, 'Request Access to Account' is 'In Progress' status since it is not complete workflow process.
Accept or Reject requests event has 'Completed' or 'Reject' in status. GUI shows 'Completed' when all task in related the event is completed.
