Specialpgm is not effective after applying T5C1153.
Before applying T5C1153, there was specialpgm for the program and no access log from the program was not recorded in audit log.
However, the access logs from the program started to be recorded after stopping PIM and applying T5C1153 and starting PIM.
And then, specialpgm became effective and the access logs from the program stopped to be recorded after restarting the program.
The access logs from the program are recorded again after restarting PIM.
This can be avoided by reverting T5C1153.
