What to do when PGAdmin is unable to connect to the APM database and returns the message that the server is not listening.
PGAdmin is returning the message that the server is not listening. Trying the following does not resolve the issue:
Adding 5432 to TESS iptables and doing a services restart.
Uncommenting 5432 from postgres.conf, which is listening to all IP addresses.
