The instance suddenly started receiving numerous EVENT_HDLE_ERROR alarms. It appears that most if not all events are receiving these errors when trying to process.
A second primary scheduler was inadvertently started so that there were two schedulers attempting to process events from the same database. This will typically result in events in the ujo_event table that must be manually cleaned out before everything can get back to normal. It is best to contact CA Support to assist with this cleanup as there is no set query that can be provided to run for cleanup. The data and logs must be analyzed to determine the proper cleanup queries.
