Question:

When performing a "Workpoint Checkup", the following error occurs:

Missing essential Workpoint process [AARP].
Missing essential Workpoint process [AROL].
Missing essential Workpoint process [ARRE].
Missing essential Workpoint process [ARRO].
Missing essential Workpoint process [AURE].
Missing essential Workpoint process [AURO].
Missing essential Workpoint process [AccCertAUser].
Missing essential Workpoint process [AggApproval]
...

 

How to resolve error to perform Workpoint Checkup?

Answer:

To resolve issue, navigate to Home -> Administration -> Settings -> Workpoint DB Administration

 

As seen in the images below, please click the "Update / Update Host and Port" button. After this is clicked, you will be able to perform the Workpoint Checkup.
