Password Policy Redirect Task Not Displaying User Info

Issue:
 When a user is forced to change their password and they log into IDM they are redirected to password services to change their password. But the password change task does not display the user credentials. The task should have populated the screen with the credentials from when the user logged in.
Resolution:
Verify the base URL for the environment.

The task will redirect to password services according to the base URL specified for the environment.

Ensure that the base URL is correct in the IM management console  in Home > Environments > your_env >Environment Properties

For example, if you access the IM user environment at https://xyzcorp.ca.com:8443/iam/im/xyy
Your base URL must be specified as https://xyzcorp.ca.com:8443/iam/im
