A PAM workflow is failing on a Web service call to APM

PROBLEM:
------------

A PAM workflow is failing on a Web service call to APM. The error being returned within the PAM workflow is: "SOAP invocation failed: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Bad response: (401Unauthorized". Loading the WSDL in the PAM Wizard will prompt for log in credentials.

RESOLUTION:
----------------

Go to the APM server Default Website and open up "Authentication" configuration and then click on "Windows Authentication".  Click on
"Advanced Settings", there you will find a drop down called "Extended Protection" and if it's currently set to "Accept" it needs to be set to "Off".  Once set to
"Off", the Default Web Site needs to be stopped and started for the change to take effect. Verify change on all of APM websites. See attached image for.

See attached image for graphic.

Also applies to UAPM 11.3.4.
