We have seen some situations where it appeared that the upper left portion of the portion of the Access page containing the Access links would become covered. When this happens the user is unable to click some of the links, making some of the servers inaccessible by those links. Here are some situations where this can be reproduced:
(1) If an access link is selected and then cancelled.
(2) Another way is by double clicking an access link.
When the problem occurs it may only be resolved by logging out of PAM and back in again.
HotFix 18.104.22.168 provides the fix for this problem.
