PAM Client does not start when the user double clicks the PAM client's icon

Question:
The PAM client was working without any problem before. But it does not start after installing the trail trace tool of the 3rd vendor. 
As the user double clicks the icon of the PAM client does not start, it tried to run the pamlient.exe from the command prompt, the returned message says like heap shortage.

Also, the other 3rd vendor applications don't work appropriately with the same timing.

This situation occurs on a few boxes. What is a possible cause and the solution?
 
Environment:
CA Privileged Access Manger 3.2.x
Answer:
The problem box has been installed the McAfee Endpoint Security. The problem solved by disabling the "Exproit Prevention" of the McAfee. After this configuration change, the other applications also that did not work starts to work without any problem, not only PAM client.
