Description:

Outages that should be shown in the OneClick Service Manager view are missing.

Solution:

The sm_resourcecauses table on the OneClick Reporting Database could be corrupt.

Such a corruption can be solved by running a mysqlcheck. For further details about mysqlcheck see TEC516844.
