"Outage Log: All Devices" report keeps showing "No Records Found"

Issue:

After upgrade to Spectrum 10 or 10.1.x, when I tried to generate "Outage Log: All Devices" report, it keeps showing "No Records Found". If I launch other reports under "Availability -> All" folder they generate data.

Environment:
Spectrum 10.0, 10.1.xCABI 4.1 SP3
Cause:

This issue is caused by a known bug as recorded in WI DE35658.

Resolution:

Applying one of the following PTF's on the OneClick + SRM (Spectrum Report Manager) server will fix this problem:

If Spectrum is in 10.0 version -> PTF_10.0.016
If Spectrum is in 10.1 version -> PTF_10.1.021
If Spectrum is in 10.1.1 version -> PTF_10.1.130

** The solution was natively included in Spectrum 10.2.0 version.
