Client Automation (ITCM) -- any version.
Resolution:
Please open a support case, requesting patches:
- T55L088 (Update OS Image registration fai)
- T55L091 (Failed to copy OS files to stagi)

These are multi-component patches, addressing issues across the OSIM Image Prepare System (IPS), ZIP library component found on DM and SS/boot servers, as well as the DMScript utility.

T55L088 is applicable anywhere the OSIM IPS (Image Prepare System) wizard is being used.  This could potentially be anywhere DSM Explorer is installed, including the Enterprise and Domain Managers.  It provides an update to the utility used for registering OS images with ITCM.  It also provides an updated script that will be used inside IPS generated software packages (e.g. packages generated by the IPS for adding or updating OS images on the remote SS/boot servers).  As such, you will need to delete and recreate the software package using the IPS, since applying the patches.

T55L088 also contains sd_ziplib.dll, which will need to be applied to both the DM and any remote SS/boot servers in the environment.  It corrects a compression/decompression issue for software packages with long folder paths.

T55L091 is applicable to the remote SS/boot servers, updating the DMScript.exe utility, which is used to execute the scripts generated by the OSIM IPS, for adding or updating OS images.  The update to the utility also addresses the ability for dealing with long folder paths.

If you request the latest WinOffline rollup for r14 SP2, it will include both fixes, and apply the proper changes, whether the system is an Enterprise, Domain, Remote Explorer, or Scalability/Boot Server.  WinOffline will ensure all the right files are replaced, no matter what ITCM functionality is installed.
