Users might see "Oracle tablespace low" warning message in CEM event panel. The message "Oracle tablespace low" was introduced in APM version 9.5 and is controlled in the tess-default.properties file (located in the EM_home\config directory. By default, the warning will be triggered if available tablespace is less than 2GB.
Prior to updating the tess-default.properties file, please review the following section in the CA APM Configuration and Administration Guide:

This warning was introduced in APM version 9.5 and is controlled by the following property in the tess-default.properties file:
valid values: 50- 102400 Set for lower value to disable warning.
In order to stop the warning message the, users can to set a property in the tess-default.properties file (located in EM_home\config) to a low value:
- # issue event if oracle tablespace falls below this value (in MBs). Ignored for postgres.
- # valid values: 50-102400
If a tess-customer.properties file has been created, then set the value here, since tess-customer.properties overrides values set in tess-default.properties.
After making changes, users must restart the single EM if standalone, or all EMs if in a clustered environment.
