Issue:
The Test Connection is failing in Advanced reporting>>Data Sources>>Edit Data Source
Environment:
All supported versions of PPM
Cause:
This is traditionally due to the fact the databases are not configured in your CSA. This could happen if you just reconfigured or updated accounts.
Resolution:
Push the latest information by running the following command from one of you PPM App Servers: 

From the Clarity/bin directory: 

admin jaspersoft syncPPMContext -userName superuser -password superuser
