OneClick server Memory Usage on Spectrum release 10.2.1

Issue:

Since upgrading to Spectrum 10.2.1, the Oneclick server is running out of memory.

It becomes unusable and needs to be restarted every day.

Environment:
Spectrum 10.2.1RHEL 7.3 in this issue.
Cause:

This is a known issue in spectrum.

Resolution:

10.02.01.D253 has been built to resolve this known issue.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

SPECTRUM 10.02.00 and 10.02.01 are prerequisites for installation of this patch.This patch includes changes of PTF_10.2.130.

This patch needs to be installed on OneClick.

 

OVERVIEW:

This is a debug patch for the following issue:

Spectrum OneClick Hangs/crashes.

PTF_10.2.130 Issue:

Symptom: On Rest API call, customer gets error when sending out model sync and it errors out stating ConcurrentModificationException.

Resolution: Model Sync Subscription rest call will be successful without any errors.
