Today we are pleased to announce the CA OPS/MVS Service Manage-
ment Interface feature.
CA OPS/MVS 13.5 PTFs SO06166 and SO06167 deliver a new AD-
DRESS USS SMREQ command that can be used to programmat-
ically open service management incidents in CA Service Desk
Manager or other 3rd-party service management products
supported by the free CA Normalized Integration
Management for Service Management (CA
NIM SM) solution.
CA NIM SM 3.2 supports these service management products:

--HP Service Manager
--Salesforce Service Cloud
--SAP Solution Manager
