Can we customize the error message that is shown in the CA ON Demand Portal when a user, without access, tries to log in?

Environment:
All CA PPM SaaS environments, using On Demand Portal
Answer:
The portal error message mentioned, cannot be modified. That is standard for all the PPM customers who are using the application as a SaaS product. Hence, we cannot mention any email id or other information which are specific to one or more customers.
