Error IPSD0003 can also occur on the NetMaster region when a packet trace is run outside of NetMaster and then it is stopped. This would cause the
NetMaster packet trace intercept to also stop--if the command to stop it was not specific. We list the command to restart the packet trace intercept
for the NetMaster region.
The following command should be executed on NetMaster CMD option to restart the packet trace intercept for the region:
SYSCMD VARY TCPIP,TCPIP,PKTTRACE,ON,LINKNAME=*,PROT=254
