CA could have been a lot clearer in how they titled these options. The “Filter Defaults and Limits” panel subsection “Off-line report filter settings” has to do only with the “On-line reports only” checkbox and whether it displays in “Folder filter settings” and whether the user can override how the Administrator set the option. The settings in Administrative enforced location filter setting, could have been much simpler - for example:
Offline report filter settings*
Default “On-line reports only” filter setting
o Enable/display o Disable/invisible
o User may override o User may NOT override – meaning can the user check the “On-line reports only” checkbox if displayed.
