OAE jobs are not saving their output files

Detailed Description and Symptoms
 
After running an OAE job through Applications Manager the following error is returned when an attempt is made to view the output:  
 
AwE-5051 Missing File Error
 

Solution
 
Go to the General/Prompts Tab and add Y in the 'Save Output' field.  This is in addition to a check mark in the box. 
The check only allows you to make a change to the prompt while the Y is the flag for saving the output.

Please contact Automic Support if you would like a sql update statement to set all of the values to Y.
