CA Identity Manager Null Pointer Exception on accessing tasks

Issue:
We just installed Identity Manager 14.1 on WebSphere and are receiving null pointer exceptions when we execute any task inside the user console. What can we do to resolve this?

Identity Manager 14.1
Resolution:
Please create the below Destinations(Buses > iam_im-IMSBus > Destinations) manually in WebSphere to resolve the issue:

iam_im-IMSEvents
am_im-RuntimeStatusDetailQueue
am_im-StatusNotificationsQueue
am_im-wpEventQueue
iam_im-wpServAutoActQueue
iam_im-wpUtilQueue
