nsdgtw - Is is possible to customize the CSM ticket fields

Is it possible modfy the nsdgtw probe  to customize the contents of the different ticket fields in CSM. 
No, for the legacy Service Desk gateway probes, the mapping is one to one (Service Desk field to UIM alarm field) with no customization allowed.

This functionality is only available in sdgtw probe where you can customize what gets put into each of the mapped Service Desk fields.
