Please also see the Project Management document for uninstalling and installing Open Workbench, for example if you are using CA PPM v14.2 please see:
1. In this case scenario we uninstalled the following:
CA PPM Schedule Connect 13.0
Open Workbench v2.0.0
2. Rebooted the machine
3. Then went to CA PPM -> click on 'Home' -> click on 'Account Settings' -> click on 'Software Downloads' tab -> click on 'Download' link for 'Open Workbench (x86)'
This installed Open Workbench and CA Schedule Connect from this CA PPM version and patch level.
Rebooted the machine afterwards and now it works.
Please note the same principle applies to other versions of CA PPM.
