Who do I need to speak to in order to notify CA about our upcoming IDM upgrade project go live time line? I want to make support and their management aware of our time line in case we need support.
Answer:
Contact your CA Account Manager, who can raise an alert for your upcoming Go-Live plans. You can also include the Support Delivery Manager in your correspondence with the account team.
