Steps to Reproduce
1. Connect the PPM Application Server to a Mail Server
2. Create a Process
a. On the "Start" step, under the "Notifications" section, mark all the attributes, and put your name there
b. Connect "Start" step to the "Finish" step
3. Save and validate the process
4. Trigger the Process
Note. Notifications must be enabled to send Emails, under "Account Settings"
: An email to be sent to the selected User.
: The email is not being sent.
This is reported as defect
This is resolved in CA PPM 220.127.116.11, CA PPM 18.104.22.168 and any higher CA PPM version.
