Not all emails are being processed by Clarity

Issue:
We have a process scheduled to run every single day at 7:00 AM, Part of the functionality of this process is to send a notification email with automatic health check results, we have noticed some times the email never arrives and but confirmed the process executed successfully.
Resolution:
multicast configuration problem on one of the nodes.
