Not able to see progress of deployment or action output

Issue:
Whenever we run a deployment or run a action, We do not see the final output or progress of the deployment but we can see that the action has successfully completed in the logs, during this if we open the browser in developer mode we will see the below message.

Environment:
CA Release Automation 6.3
 
Cause:
The issue mentioned here is related to the WebSocket which was added to the Release Automation application from 5.5.X onwards.
Resolution:
If there is any firewall or load balancer configured in between Release Automation Management Server and end-user machines then you need to configure load balancer to allow WebSocket connection, if it is not configured then load balancer/firewall blocks the WebSocket connection. Without a proper Websocket connection, no updates will be seen on the graph during running phase in ROC.

To resolve this issue you need to allow WebScoket connection from firewall/load balancer by working with your internal IT Team.
