Not able to download the Status Report while user is using IE11 browser

Issue:
Not able to download the Status Report while user is using IE11 (Internet Explorer) browser. It just opens new blank page but does not provide possibility to save the file. There is no error. Using Status Reports from the New User Experience. It works ok in Firefox and Chrome.
Environment:
CA PPM v15.3
IE 11
Resolution:
Please clear the internet browser cache
